I didn't like being charged a extra 400 on top of the 700 dollars that booking.com said was for both the rooms for all the nights and one of the bed had bed bugs and they said they were gonna give me a discount on the room and I have yet to receive anything overall it was horrible

“upgrades” have left this hotel lacking charm and southwestern style. Before these changes the hotel was quietly elegant and welcoming. now it is just an overpriced hotel. no room in bathroom, no room to lounge in room. poor workmanship in floors, no microwave or clock, overpriced food and drinks. Once a place to look forward to staying at is not now.
