All the basics worked pretty well, and I loved the spa!

We had issues with little things:
- no regular coffee packets in the room, but I was ok with the decaf
- cleaning person mistook a bag of recycles and a few groceries for trash, and didn't replace the towels that were removed
- fold up 'couch' didn't fully fold up, so not comfy in the couch format
- you had to ask the service person if you wanted them to fix you an omelet
Just little things...
But if the website says there is a fitness room, you really should have more than 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical, especially if one doesn't work.
