Checkin was fast, room was fine - very clean. They gave a little snack pack to me at checkin, which was a nice gesture. Bed comfortable and plenty of pillows (usually not enough at motels.) Fast Wifi.

The TV was fuzzy and the air conditioner made a bit of a 'whipping wind' noise occasionally, but nothing that made either of these things unusable. I'd happily stay here again.

We paid in advance by credit card. We had stayed at this hotel before. We were forced to give a credit card for $100 for any damages that might occur by us. We don't get the $100 back for 7 days.we are 77 years of age, we don't party or steal,Policy stink

The toilet was the size a 6 yr old would use so it was like using the bathroom on the floor. No cleaning service during the stay I dont think the room was cleaned prior to the stay they just made the bed and took out the trash.

They could not or would not put us on the ground level. And my dad very sick with stage 4 cancer but I got everything taken up

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 7 years. In our most recent stay (October 2023) we saw that the hotel is looking tired and in need of freshening. We still had an OK visit as it provided its main sleep function in a clean room.
