Room had multiple repairs needed. Didn’t get room type requested instead of 2 beds we had one queen. Electric plugs were inaccessible for medical breathing machines. Remote didn’t work, bathroom door handle spun around so the door wouldn’t lock. Dried putty patches on bathroom door were never finished. On the bedroom wall was written “You’re deep mama” We will never stay there again and maybe never in a Days Inn.

Terrible facilities, no upkeep, dirty...

It’s a nice place.
Negatives:
I booked a 4 day stay for a “Mountain View(2 queen beds & a couch)”.
None of that was met.
I was placed in “whatever room they had”, as staff stated.
I had to ask every single day for towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, trash bags, for my trash to be taken, not once was I asked if I needed new blankets/covers.
Door to balcony was closed/broken(not sure), i had to carry the door to open it.

I left a day early than booked since we wherehaving a hard time.

I was unable to check in because the front office was closed. I was told by a staff member outside the building that the hotel was full, and I wouldn't want to stay regardless because the area is unsafe.

The staff and management were great! Coming from similar work backgrounds, they’re doing what they can. I just don’t think they feel safe and supported by corporate and or the community, and therefore, morale is low. It’s not in the best part of town. Got bad vibes throughout my stay. Finally, as I was getting ready to check out, the cops, guns drawn, conducted an arrest at a room. I recommend an increased police presence, and corporate working with the staff/management and the county/city to see how the staff/management can be better supported.

No coffee in room and didn’t feel safe. No breakfast when we get there. Nothing. Just very poor. It is not worth the money.

waited at least 5 min for front desk and she shows up with a kid and a friend and seemed on drugs. Room was dirty with a strong cigarette smell, I requested non smoking. TV power cable was missing. Bed sheets looked dirty with hair in multiple places, and could feel the springs. Toilet plumbing is broken, loud constant running water. Bathroom door was hard to shut then hard to open, handle wasn’t secure. I was there for about 10 hours otherwise I would have canceled after seeing room.
