They advertised it they had breakfast, which they do not have. The sheets on the bed was stains on them wasnt really happy with it at all. and the staff was a real friendly.

The hotel lobby and hallwaya smelled bad. The hallways and elevators were disgusting, dirty. The person who checked us in was not friendly or helpful.

It took over an hour to check in and we were the only customers. Continental breakfast was cereal no milk, enough waffle mix for half a waffle no butter no syrup no napkins even

Staff was not well trained and inefficient. Bathroom sink mostly clogged

Pretty secured at night, must give key to get through second door. Staff was very nice -

Counters and sheets dirty. Do not have washer or dryer, they should take that off. Many issues with people using the machines. A/c takes a long while to get going, smells like cigar smoke in the hallways, and breakfast had over ripped bananas.

The hotel was not clean! Smelled like urine in the lobby. There were footprints on the grimy bedspread, a cigarette burn on the blanket, and even a little piece of poop on the toilet handle.

The advertised pictures were way nicer than the actual room. Not clean, A/C was dirty and room smelt bad. Breakfast was not as advertised. Door locks barley worked, could breakthrough easily. Not recommended for future stay.

ZERO--I pulled in around 930pm on Jan1 2023 The receptionist was RUDE She proceeds to tell me to park my truck and U-haul trailer in the back by the fire lane curb for security purposes and safety and she can keep an eye on it through the cameras I go to

My room the heater wasnt properly working gave a smell The shower still had hair from the previous guest My trailer GOT BROKEN INTO THEY CUT THE LOCK AROUND12AM-1AM I WAS TOLD ABOUT IT by 7AM MADE A POLICE REPORT THE HOTEL ADMITTED ITS THEIR FAULT 0 STARS

Reservation was made for a King bed, room had a Full sized bed. Very disappointing.
