The facility picture online are a misrepresentation of how the place really looks. Poorly cleaned rooms. Bedding had stains on them, Bathroom was not clean, Parking was not ideal. Mattresses were nasty looking.

It was so dirty. A cockroach found it's home in the bathtub when I got there. I disposed of that. The place reeked of smoke. Floors were sticky and overall it was unclean. WiFi didn't work.

There wasn't enough hot water to shower. The room was dirty. Dried pee on the toilet seat. Wifi not working. Cancelled the room and was told I'd have to pursue a refund through Booking.com

Although this was a non-smoking room, the sheets had cigarette burns. When I asked the staff to put clean sheets on the bed, they did so, but they were slow and grudging and rude, and tried to tell me that one of the sheets did not have burns, when I had seen them with my own eyes. They told me I would need to leave the room while they changed the sheets, which I refused to do because all my things were already in there. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub, and a large burned area on the desk. The sink and back of the toilet had grit on them, as though they had not been cleaned. The room ran out of toilet paper by morning--there was no spare roll to put on.
