The beds were so comfortable

I loved the beds! When we arrived the staff was poorly rude in fact she told us to go to the hotel across the street if we wanted too. I sent them an email and she replied very unprofessional. Before we left the next morning I made sure that we were good to return Friday on our back through and everything was a go they switched our reservation to a king bed with a chair for my grandmother and we set out for Arizona! when we arrived Friday at 930 at night after a 7 hour drive we were tired, went to check in and they canceled my reservation stating I was notified by email! THE ONLY EMAIL I received was at 935 am saying they were glad to see us for our reservation! no email stating that they canceled. I had paid for this room on may 1, 2023 and we went to cheek in on may24th, 2023! they said they gave us a full refund, which was NEVER refunded I have contacted booking and the hotel. the hotel never answers in fact booking has tried several times to reach out to them with nothing! Better staff would of been a perfect hotel granted they did not cancel my room! will not ever do business with them again nor will i ever refer people there!

The staff was awful!!! The two I dealt with had horrible customer service and charged me twice and it took days for the money to be returned I me. We cut our trip short due to the horrible experience.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. We got a room right by the pool which was nice for the kids. We got in at night so didn’t really get a good look at the area around but there were cameras all over the grounds so that made me feel better. Check in was quick and easy. beds were clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.
