It didn't have any mini fridge or microwave in the room. We bought milk and yogurt for the next morning but the milk and yogurt went bad the next morning. I couldn't go back to the store for a return because it was late. There is a huge gap on the door so I had to roll up one of the sheets to cover the gap on the door. I'm happy the privacy door locked worked. The TV didn't even work. No channels to watch. There were looked like drilled holes in the bathroom. So I covered those with tissues. There was no ice machine maker.

Staff was rude and unprofessional especially when yelling at other customers in front of other guests. Even got threatened by the manager that she was gonna call the police in 20 minutes if we didn't vacate the room. All because the booking site wasn't showing up on her end. Now I GOT 3 FREAKING BOOKING CANCELLATIONS WITH OVER $60.00 FEE EACH ONE WHEN THIS ALL COULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I FELT AS IF I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND AS IF SHE WAS PASSING JUDGMENT UPON ME AND MY GUESTS.
