Positives:
The hotel is definitely worth the price. I have stayed in several different hotels in Farmington over the years. Not having amenities that I can't use while I'm there is excellent! The staff is so professional, kind, respectful, and takes customer service seriously. The hotel is quiet and clean. I will definitely be returning.
Negatives:
The only reason I gave a 9/10 star is due to the poor water pressure in the shower. Thankfully, the showerhead has adjustable settings that allowed me to rinse my hair. But if water pressure is my only "complaint" for the stay, I am good with that!

They charged me $250 saying we smoked in the room my husband I don't even smoke so I'm not 100% sure how that can even happen I will never be returning. My account is now negative and I have never had a negative balance since I have been with my bank.

The room. It was not mentioned that they were doing renovations at this hotel. We could not.even use the indoor pool. They should lower their prices for rooms due to renovations.

The room we stayed in had a very loud buzzing noise, a security office came up and checked and did here the noise and informed us that he would have us moved to another room. This did happen until we called the front desk 30 minutes later. They did move us to another room around 1am the room was very cold and no TV . The next morning we informed the front desk that the room was cold and no TV. We were told that there is no TV they couldn't find the cords for it. It was an uncomfortable and restless night for us .
