A/c thermostat was slow in reading room temp. It would take too long to cut on and then too long to cut off. Making the room temp swing from really warm to really cold. This caused me to wake up multiple times both nights. Informed staff. They checked. I honestly didn't think it was an issue that the staff could correct.

The staff was super friendly made us feel very welcome there! I explained it was my 10 yr old late birthday present and they put us on the top floor on the side where they were letting off fireworks that night! Thought that was super cool!

We very much liked the pool, but my young ones were didn't wanna get in because the water was cold. The room was good, the bed was nice and very comfortable.
Negatives:
The water for the pool was too cold for my little ones. I understand that chlorine is used to keep it clean and sanitized, but it would've been more enjoyable experience if my little ones would've swimmed with us. They just sat on the side and I was just disappointed. Also, the fridge in our room was loud all night while we were sleeping. It was annoying.

We loved that the staff was there to answer any questions and solve any problems we had! Andrew was especially awesome and made our trip all the better. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. The view was nice and we felt at home. The soaps and shampoos smelled wonderful. Thanks Andrew for being there to help us!

It was not a good experience. No comment.

We could not check in early so after dinner we finally got keys checked in. Our room looked ok until I went to take a shower I notice we had no shower curtain or bath towels. I was so tired, I cleaned the tub it did not look clean and took a bath.
