I liked the price and location was close to the function we attended.
Negatives:
They were remodeling and we could hear power tools and hammering till around 9:30-10:00 pm. We were trying to sleep. Plus there was a loud group of kids close by. I asked for 2 beds downstairs and got a room with 2 poor beds and all the way away from the elevator. We had my 80 year old mom with us. That's why I asked for a ground floor room. I believe I will personally inspect the room next time before I accept it. Plus there wat water flowing from under the toilet.

Was not clean under construction pee pee toms out the first floor window could not sleep after that went to front desk no one was there to report it too. Breakfast not enough cold breakfast room not clean no fresh coffee.
