I liked the rooms I always like this place.

The past two times I've stayed there I've dealt twice with the same rude front desk person. The first time she literally yelled at one of my kids for touching the luggage rack when my kid didn't even touch it out even ask me to tell her not to mess with them and told me after she yelled at her sorry me " sorry my kids usual listen to stranger more" and I was mind blown by that and second time she is about to get it off work and her cover was not there and she was like your lucky you came now or you would of waited that she isn't obligated to wait once it's her time she can leave and then my key didn't work and she told me " I'm doing this for free I hope you know" she needs to learn customer service the ways to approach and interact with customers because every time I go to cruces I stay there and now I don't think I'll stay there for a while.
