The desk clerk was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was offered. And we were given directions to local attractions and a good restaurant recommendation. The room itself was excellent. well stocked with everything we required.
Negatives:
Overall, the property was a mess. Quite dirty and trash was everywhere. I even found someone's W-2 on the stairs! Hotel patrons were smoking marijuana out on the balconies. And kept shouting and slamming doors until well after midnight. The locals apparently like to use the street in front as a drag strip. Very loud! There was a truck with heavy equipment that woke us at 4:00am running something that sounded like a chainsaw. Unacceptable for the management to allow this sort of behavior.

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. We needed assistance with making a call to our car rental company and the receptionist was so kind and helpful.
