I called a couple of days before our stay and asked if I could do an early check in, the manager told me yes, 1pm was good. We arrived at that time and were told no we couldn’t check in and to wait until 3. We waited in the parking lot, then returned to find front door locked with a sign that said call these number for
Service, we called the number at least 5 times and rang the door bell but no answer… We had to look around for availability at other hotels since my work event was about to start! We ended up staying somewhere else and paid so much money since it was at the last minute

The pillows were very hard. our room was next to a family whos son kept crying. we did not get much sleep.

The rooms were nice and the beds were fine. I was hoping for a bigger breakfast selection, ( bacon, biscuits, eggs....). Jorge's is an excellent restaurant and in a good location. Enjoyed, not really, the walk on Friday during the cold drizzle. Went gambling, and made $$$$$, and that was a lot.Took Grandson tubing and he enjoyed it. Only him and his Grandma are the only crazy ones. (I was driving and I did not want to get hurt). l totally had a great time. Hope, to do it again during the racing season. And on making more $$$x$$$ and doing it over again. See you soon.

I was only there for two and a half days so I didn't get to see it all. Hoping to give myself more time and see more. No opinion at this time.

The pool was dirty and the hot tub was not working the breakfast was basic and the floors in the room was dirty.

Room was gross. Cigarette buds all over the parking lot. Rooms had a funny smell. Remotes were sticky. Mattress was uncomfortable and had stains. Staff was rude.
