room's could have been cleaner hair in the shower overall it could have been cleaner had a great time in Ruidoso. Will probably stay elsewhere next time

It was not clean. Had to go get my towels everyday. I was there for a week and my room was never clean. They never came to change the linen ever. There was dried food on the counter by the sink.

I left Austin on Tuesday. I was going to be at this location Tuesday. I got very ill. I had to go back to Austin. I called the hotel. The manager was not in. The girl said she would leave a note. I called Booking and told them what happened. I was on the phone each time Booking called the hotel. T manager was not in. Booking told me to call back the next day7. I called and told the girl I had sent two emails and no one answered. She said the manager was in and would return my call. It is now Wednesday and no email or call. I called the other hotels I booked and everyone canceled my booking. Everyone was so nice, I am still sick and I want my money back. I will never book this hotel again and my friends are going to be told DO not stay at this hotel.
