The breakfast included scrambled eggs, waffles, and grits in addition to other basics like cereal. I really liked being able to have hearty breakfast

The light in the bathroom of my room didn't work at all. The light switch near the entry door to the hotel room wasn't connected to anything so I had to hunt for a light in the dark when I first arrived. Lastly, the heater didn't work so I was really cold

Room with 2 double beds, 1 washcloth, 2 towels, 2 hand towels. Non-smoking room but burn marks on side of tub and multiple in tub. Carpet dirty. NO heat on in room on arrival, soooo cold. No protein for breakfast.

No set of towels for the room. Called front Desk for more towels. Would not deliver. On website, hotel has WiFi buT got no password when check-in. AnD did not like the fact Front Desk needed to see my phone just to get on the WiFi.

The shower stuff were all open and used, the towels were filthy. The location was 6 miles off the interstate. Breakfast doesn't open till 630. One of the staff wouldn't let us. Go through the lobby even though our car was parked in the front door.

Comfortable bed, was clean, checked in efficiently, the biggest problem with hotel, its very old and the thing just needs to be updated badly!! The towels were clean but stained. Peeling paint/cracks! 1 out of 3 option has been better in the past!

The clerk put me up on the poolside and I was thankful because it seemed to be very quiet on that side.

The breakfast area could have been kept up better during the breakfast hours. Inconsiderate guests seemed to expect that their mother was going to clean up after them....the hotel should be the "mother" to keep it cleaner for those of us who are adults.

The bath was in bad shape. The tub needed to be replaced. It was not fixable.

The price was reasonable. But $--- night did not seem reasonable for the service and threat from the homeless.
Negatives:
The homeless came in for breakfast. Serval men reeked of urine. One homeless man dedicated in the court yard. You actually had to request for any type of room service. We had to track the person down that was cleaning rooms and ask for clean towels.
