Our stay at Hotel Santa Fe was excellent. The staff members were friendly, efficient and always helpful. The Southwest decor was enhanced everywhere with local art indigenous paintings, sculptures, woven wall hangings. The food was excellent. We enjoyed every minute.

The staff was dismissive, checking in on my reservation was a challenge, the bartender was rude, then the housekeeping staff knocked and walked in on both of our rooms at 8:30 in the morning, then one of the staff stood outside our door for over an hour waiting for us to leave. Every time I walked out she sighed heavily frustrated we werent leaving yet. Spoke to the front desk and the 18 year old in charge and his reply was ya thats not good. No. No its not.
I forgot to mention that while the rooms were lovely, we were at the end of a hallway with outside access door right next to us. That slammed shut repeatedly through the night and started the next morning.
