Our room was not cleaned from the previous guest. The beds were unmade and there were used towels on the bathroom floor.

It was fine once we got a new room but not a good first impression

The best thing I liked about this hotel is the location, which was easily accessible from the interstate.
Negatives:
The configuration of the hotel itself was disconcerting. We had to drive around to the back of the building that wasn't even connected to the main entrance. The ceilings were so low, I almost got claustrophobic. It was a very dull, uninviting place.
