Where do I start. The door looked like it had been shimmied open. The room was dirty, the floor, sinks and bathtub. NO hot water. The sink faucet was broken and spun around. I had to repair the toilet seat before sitting down on it. The clientele was very very loud and disruptive.

The room was very adequate, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Every single member of the team was lovely and friendly and offered help and supplies each time we saw them. Great value, great location. Nothing fancy, but I don't need fancy!
Negatives:
Breakfast options were a bit sparse but adequate to get us started on our days. The water wasn't very hot late at night when we first checked in, but it was great through the rest of our stay.
