The first staff that accepted my baggage and said no rooms were ready, so to come back later.
Negatives:
For the staff to not lie to booking.com and claim I checked in at 2:30 a.m. They refused to accept a cash deposit when all banks in the area stopped accepting cash at ATMs in Feb, 2024. I am not from the area so did not know that, and the hotel did know I was going to be in meetings all day. Long past when a bank closes. I didn't bring another credit card with me, no open nearby drug store/convenience store to buy a prepaid debit to try and use. No train to run back 4 hours, get one, return in time to actually spend the night.
Go up Central Ave away from the loud bars and clubs. $50-60 hotels and you get to see more of Albany, less of show. $2 buss, $20 taxi. Saves a $200-400 hotel nightmare with flooding hotel rooms, fraudulent charges, and empty promises. Wyndham has my back. Hilton? Not anymore. Nor Booking.com. It isn't saving me a penny and instead causes stress.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very good. Location was excellent and in walking distance to the event we attended. The breakfast was way more then we expected. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the MVP Arena! Very clean, staff was very helpful with recommendations for dining and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again for a concert in town!!!!

Booking.com messed up my reservation. Angie at the front desk fixed everything for me. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast was surprisingly large with a lot of tasty options. Parking on site was very easy. I would absolutely stay here again.
