Booking.com messed up my reservation. Angie at the front desk fixed everything for me. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast was surprisingly large with a lot of tasty options. Parking on site was very easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positives:
As a family with a one year old, this was the perfect stay for room amenities and location. Breakfast was great and we really appreciate the high chairs. The staff was also so kind to our baby which was an unnecessary but so very appreciated.
Negatives:
We would’ve loved a microwave in the room but utilized the one in the lobby just fine.

Cleaning staff and parking attendants were friendly and helpful. Lobby is pretty, location is great for concerts at MVP arena.
Negatives:
Fan/AC in room was not functioning properly. Room was 75 degree when we arrived and turned on the AC to cool it down a bit but a few hours later we return and the room was 87 degrees. Could not do anything to cool the room down after that. Facilities are very dated in the rooms. Spackle marks all over the walls, worn down light switches, the rooms are in need of renovation to keep up with others in the area.
