Staff! Very helpful and super friendly! I liked the water station at the registration desk. I liked the shower height.
Negatives:
The bed was not as firm as I would like. The coffee maker needs bottled water. The sink water is strongly chlorinated. The coffee in the restaurant was terrible. Go with Green Mountain Coffee Dark Magic. More flavorful. And doesn't taste watery..The shower water pressure was weak.
More expensive than other hotels. I will probably explore other locations to compare against. But I am willing to try another visit just because of the staff.

air in room didn't work and was unable to sleep because of how hot the room was. was not offered to switch to another room. was just told maintenance was gone for the day. elevator is also very old and opens before it has completely stopped.
