Negatives: Did not have a problem.

Negatives: The room smelled like dog and cigarettes. There were spider webs on the walls with dust on the lamp shades. A hole in the wall next to the tv and the chain lock on the door was bent. The bathroom had marks on the walls and the shower had scuff marks in the ceiling. One of the lights when I entered the room did not work. Also in the depths of the night like around 1am on the 1st night there was a man yelling and cursing next to my window on the 1st floor then the 2nd night almost around the same time another man listening to an audio book outside my window while I was trying to sleep. Later during the week around the same time maybe 2am another man outside my window doing something in the snow. Also the curtains were tattered and one side was about to fall off. The window had black looking mold around it and the air conditioning system had some issues. I stayed for a week due to the location but that will be the last time. The location was nice but the building was to run down and had many interesting characters walking around the building. Safety wise I did not feel safe and I think the entire building needs to be renovated.

Negatives: The third floor hallways smelled of urine, you could hear every conversation loudly through the walls and from the hallway even when folks were speaking in regular tones. There were small children running through the hallways all hours of the day and late night. Not conducive to individuals needing the conduct business or work on laptops or take calls. Also needed to turn on television to kept the outside noise out to sleep. Breakfast looked and smelled unappetizing with limited choices. Coffee cups offered at about 6 oz.
