Room not throughly cleaned on check on. HVAC extremely noisy and requested a room change. Second room had leftover pizza in rooms frig as well as blocks of ice damming and A/C filter clogged. Hot tub spa not working during stay. Breakfast coffee empty.

Positives:
Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was a great size and the shower and bathroom were huge.
Negatives:
It is really important to me to have a clean room and bathroom especially when I travel. I do read reviews before booking. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the floor and there was candy next to the window on the floor.

We chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool and a hot tub as our children love swimming. However, the swimming pool was out of order for the entire duration of our stay. It was a huge disappointment

Walk in shower was big and bright lights in the King room, had hot breakfast but not with the bacon and omelets as advertised, bathroom was big and roomy and had huge sink counter space to put your own toiletries. Had 3 sets of bath towels and wash clothes which is nice.

We were placed close to the elevator and it was very noisy, I thought the rooms were advertised to be soundproof but they weren't. Bathroom sink took forever to drain, it wasn't clogged, but every time anyone used it even for a simple and quick hand wash the sink would fill up with water right away and took quite a few minutes to finally drain out.
