Negatives: Firstly, I paid in full for my reservation 5 months prior to my stay and specifically selected a room with 2 queen beds. Upon our arrival, I was told that they changed my reservation to a room with a single king bed without notifying me and was told that if I book through a third party source, such as Booking.com, that my reservation is not guaranteed even though they had my money 5 months in advance. They apparently felt that giving me a $20 credit for my inconvenience was all that was necessary and that the other guest could sleep on the sleeper sofa. I did not pay to sleep on a sleeper sofa. I was not very happy about this at all and the only response I got was about their policies. We came to town for a very specific event and planned to stay only one night. We left approximately 1 hour later and were gone until later in the evening. The next morning, I got into the shower and after about 1 minute the water went cold and remained so for the entire shower. I reported it to the front desk and to my knowledge this issue had not been addressed by anyone other than a record of my complaint being made. If this is the kind of business that Hilton does I will not be staying at this or any other property in the future.

Negatives: Where the pool was located right by rooms! Our room stunk bad like cigarettes! Freezing cold air pours out from underneath the heating and cooling unit. I stuffed pillows under it to block it.

Negatives: Loud

Negatives: The bedroom doors block 0% of the noises outside. We were traveling with our baby and we had the hardest time to put her to sleep. Every time she would close her eyes, someone would smash the door somewhere, or talk loud outside. We were also woke up with a “secret party” at 11:30 pm in the hallway. Upon calling the front desk, nothing was done and we had to deal with a crying baby that couldn’t sleep for the whole night. We tried putting some towels at the bottom of the door to see if it would help but of course it did not. The bathroom door is a barn door that gives you no privacy at all either. We stayed at Hilton for the first time because we believed that the quality would be incomparable to other franchises. We would have spent half the price to stay under same bad conditions somewhere else, at least it would have costed me less. Disappointed is the best word to describe my experience and would never go back to a Hilton hotel.
