Positives:
The room was a nice size and exactly what I booked. The bathroom shower was nice and had good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the television was easy to operate. I was very appreciative that we were able to bring our kittens. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods.
Negatives:
The hotel was hot and dry. The cleaning staff was very nice but I had to chase them down in order to get our room cleaned. We had our kittens with us so the staff may have been avoiding our room. I was trying to clean up after the pets, but a vacuum every other day would have been great! I tried asking the front desk if I could get a vacuum or have the room vacuumed but I guess there was no way to adequately communicate the request.

Positives:
OK well I booked through booking.com but it never really got to the Hyatt. The staff was so great - they were booked but next door the Marriott. Owned by same owners as the Hyatt - quickly got me in an even lower rate - provided me access to the Hyatt Pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was indeed the best I have come across in hotel stays in quite some time. Most impressed. I would come back and next time I will book directly and leave those "booking" sites behind!
