The curtains are too short. The sun shines in under them so the room is bright in the morning. If they were a little longer it would have been darker still and way better. The eggs and bacon for the breakfast didn’t seem fully done. Other than that there was nothing to complain about

I didn't get value for...

Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant, location was perfect since we were there to shop in Amherst….smell was excellent walking in the halls with a mist of a very mild pleasant clean odor…the only problem was our door must have been missing a spring, so it kept slamming upon closure… other than that, I was very surprised that this chain exceeded my expectations!!! Will return again to this location… oh and the price was crazy cheap, even with our USD-CAD exchange, it was an excellent value!
