Sofabeds need an upgrade! Key fabs did not work upon arrival. Just imagine you reach your room with luggage and kids and your room key does not work. Then you have to go all the way back to the front desk to get it activated - need I say more!

Very accommodating to early check-in request; made it easy to have my other guest check-in before me which was really helpful. The king suite with two double beds and sofa bed was spacious and perfect for our family.

I’ve stayed twice. My first experience was wonderful this time wasn’t the best. The pool was not clean at all. There was no hot tube this time which was what we were looking forward too. Our room was not ready and had to be given a new room and the bed was very itchy.
