Positives:
Clean and simple hotel in a great location within walking distance to many downtown attractions. The hotel manager, was very helpful.
Negatives:
They have a new check in system through a zoom call and the person gave us a dirty room. They said they couldn't reassign the room since the system was down. After waiting 45 minutes, a manager came in person to fix it and upgraded us to a suite for free.

They allow pets for a $25 fee and it is very clean

Refrigerator did not work in either room.

We had multiple family groups in town for a wedding over the weekend of the 8th. This hotel was chosen because of the rate and proximity to event locations. The facility was also within walking distant of several shops, restaurants-would highly recommend Gretchens which sits in the street in the back side of the hotel. The accommodation overall could be classified as its a bed to sleep in for the night. Beds were a little on the more firm side, microwave and fridge were included in the two Queen rooms.
Negatives:
In speaking with staff prior to our stay and in person theyre not really super professional and not very pleasant to speak with. A couple people in our group overheard them complain about the wedding block that was there.
The facility could be cleaner on the exterior especially. Which for dog poop around the facility and the railings to the stairs are not safe at all.

Ceiling leaked in bathroom . The room was dirty. The hotel was dated . The added a 100 deposit onto the room at check in. I did not like the tone the woman at the front desk took with me. I felt very uncomfortable staying at this facility.

Not very clean. The shower had the pink slimy mildew on around the base of the wall where it met the tub. Yes, I understand hard water does this but not when its supposedly cleaned after every occupant.

No clock in room. Queen size bed was only a Full size. Poor Wi-Fi. Advertised as having breakfast, there was NO BREAKFAST. But there was a dead spider in the bathroom.
