I liked how suite was divided into two sections, with nice high counter and sink. I liked the lady that worked mornings at the desk/breakfast, she was very friendly. I loved that window opened for fresh air.

The "breakfast" is coffee and a few gascststoon wrapped bagel and extremely small thumb-sized cinnamon rolls. Tge rooms continue to plummet with broken bathroom fixtures, crayon all over walls , substandard bathroom products just random things...

Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Great price. Cute window seat in the room.

Ice maker in the lobby was broken. There was a TV in the room, but no remote - and couldn't turn it on manually. Towels were ripped and stained (but clean). I was expecting a fridge, but there wasn't one. Also there were no lamps or USB ports anywhere - but I suppose the lack of tech/decor reflects the price.

The location was convenient, staff at check in very pleasant.

The area I stayed in was apparently extended stay. It smelled heavily of smoke, and the area around the exit was filthy, the ground covered with dog urine and feces, garbage and cigarette butts. The bathroom sink leaks horribly ~ I told housekeeping, who smiled, and said I know.

i booked the room and paid 2 days ahead of time. i asked if i could check in when i arrived after traveling 12hrs and 726 miles. i had to wait till 3pm to check in because there were alot of rooms not cleaned because the cleaning crew didnt arrive till 9am. i dont think thats right to might travelers from out of town wait that long, especially if theyve already booked and paid for room!

I left at 3 am when fire alarm went off twice without any explanation.

Heating unit was extremely loud, the heat that came out smelled bad. Room was ice cold when I first arrived. Iron burns in the carpet. Television was very slow and tedious for navigation of channels (many would not load). Room felt/smelled somewhat unclean and I was afraid to put my belongings down. Staff was short & acted frustrated to assist. Felt very unwelcome in an already dirty hotel.
