The entire facility needs to be overhauled. It looks like it was once a conference center. It has a restaurant that is closed. The water park wasn’t open - there was no water in the pool. Breakfast was coffee, juice and Nutri-grain bars eaten in the lobby. All the furniture was beaten up. We were there for the eclipse, and when we got to totality, the parking lot lights came on, ruining the experience.

The water park was fantastic. Perfect for kids of all ages. Went there with a 17yr old, 14yr old 12 yr old and 2yr old, they all had a blast. The waterpark was clean, well lit, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating

The hotel was empty and dingy and dirty. We had to move rooms because most of the electrical outlets in our room didn't work, the water that initially came out of the faucet was brown, the tub had no stopper to bathe my toddler, there was still garbage in the room from previous guests, the AC unit didn't function correctly.

They are housing the homeless on most of the rooms on my floor. Had coupon for free groceries taped to the door. Had sheriff cone to remove homeless from room next door in the middle of the night for fight. Bath sink faucet was leaking. Horrible experience.
