Room was not what I expected or was described. Sitting room with a couch was a chair in the corner. Curtains and walls were bland and dingy. It was just a room mixed in with the other fabulous rooms I saw when housekeeping was cleaning them. Shame on you for your deception. When I complained, they ignored me and the desk clerk lied when Booking called to inquire about the room. She said she was talking and the phone went dead. That was not true. She and I hung up after I said I would put my experience in the review. They told Bookings they would try to get seating for me but I never heard anything back from them. I watched them be so accommodating to the other guest and they treated me like I was not welcome. I am a Professional and was excited to be staying at the hotel. I planned on my fellow Nurse associates to meet up with me and we have dinner but I was embarrassed to show them the room. Some nurses I haven’t seen in about 20 years. I was returning to Buffalo after moving to Charlotte NC for 50 th Birthday Celebration of a colleague. What an experience The chair in the picture is my sitting room with a couch.

Negatives:
I don't like guest that arrive later than 11 PM and make more noise than a moving crew slamming doors and banging into everything. Early morning children who's parents thunk pre 7AM it is OK for your kids to be running and yelling in thr halls.
