It was a great getaway...

Bathroom was not clean at all. mirror was dirty, cobwebs behind the door. Bed was very very hard. Breakfast was until 9 got there at 8am, there was very little food left.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO NOT SURE THIS IS FAIR, STAFF UNABLE TO HANDLE MY PROBLEM AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH AFTERWARDS. EVERYONE KNOWS MISTAKES WILL HAPPEN AND CAN BE BEYOND THE FACILITY'S CONTROL, BUT THAT IS WHEN THE BUSINESS' INTEGRITY IS CRUCIAL!

Very surprise expected less for basic hotels it did meet all my needs.

Convenient location but hotel needs a lot of updating. Good cost but I would pay a little more for a better bed and cleaner room.

The location was good. There were restaurants nearby. Beds were okay.

I didn't mind that the room was old. But there were areas in the room that were not cleaned well. The room phone was greasy and dusty and behind the tv, there was dust, too. I just wished they cleaned the room well.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. When I walked in front desk person was talking on speaker phone with another employee while I was standing there to check in. They were talking about a bar the other employee was at. Did t even look up to acknowledge me.

Everything was awful. From front desk employee to odor of dirty air, walls, carpeting to the room bed skirt tucked in-between mattress and box spring, peeling wall paper with horrible repairs in bathroom, dirt behind bath door, pillows wgross, gross,gross

Some staff were good people some were not location was quite and good

The staff would tell and talk on there phones while people were sleeping says it’s smoke free but the whole place smelt like weed cigarets and trash
Neighbors would fight yell and screen and doors slammed way to hard also didn’t get both my security deposits back also made be pay an extra day even tho I did not stay an extra day
