It was a nice room and the view was very pretty.

It reeked of marijuana, the hotel staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help, the sofa bed mattress was broken, and housekeeping was so rude. They definitely didn’t clean the room before I went in there because I found empty tubes of weed in the cracks of the sofa bed.

The rooms are huge! The water pressure is amazing and the morning breakfast was a free surprise! Overall amazing stay in New York. I would highly recommend!

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast was understaff with only one person replenishing. She was nice and courteous but one person was not sufficient. Not enough room or food for all the people. Kept running out of coffee, eggs and juice. Long line for waffles, inaccessible.
Negatives:
No heater in room. Gave us a portable heater that became really hot and dangerous to have in room. Loud room. Could hear people talking in other rooms. Couldn’t sleep due to wind noise hitting and revolving of roof pipes. Window blast opened during the night. The view was the roof and heating/cooling pipes. Not enough towels. Sofa bed stained. A person that I had to report was wondering on hallway knocking on doors stating he was admin when visibly had no name tag. I felt unsafe. Terrible experience.
