The restroom and bathroom is very open. I don’t like it.
I was calling reception 2 hours to bring in our room some plates and glasses, and nobody came.
I was disappointed about the service. Some units in the room like mirrors was dirty. looks very old.
Room was very small for this price, and for a hotel 5 stars.
I think, Next time I will choose another hotel to stay in NY.
Only the rooftop was very nice, at 10nd floor.
