We came in to Brooklyn for a concert from Connecticut. The staff was very friendly, the lobby was clean, updated and comfortable. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was so close to Barclays. It was an easy walk, I was impressed with how clean Brooklyn was. I hadnt been in a number of years but the whole area was clean and charming for a big city. I definitely cant wait to go back.

The staff had zero personality and was incredibly rude. You book and pay extra for a view of the river and get a view of a building. They fail to tell you they charge you to park your vehicle. Maid staff is trying to come into your room at 8 am and you asked the night before and was noted for a late check out. Pool closes and opens at odd times. We booked 2 rooms and they tried having us 5 floors apart. It was a room for the kids and us.

Rooms were a bit small, even for just 3 people. There is not much counter space in the room or bathroom. No microwave in room. The ice machine on the floor was out of order.
