Negatives: New Yorkers aren't known for their bend-over backwards help, and this place is no different. The expression 'have a nice day,; is reserved for those who they particularly despise and the staff have no problem in delivering it in this manner. Is it a Sheraton, or a Marriot? you might ask yourselves. And you'd be right on both counts. This, however, is from the lower echelons of Marriot's hotels: even though it is on the fringes of Brooklyn riverside there is simply nowhere to eat or drink close by. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, although I never saw anyone survive the experience. Oh, and the wi-fi doesn't work properly, so have a nice day.
