Very confortable place in Brooklyn quite near subway station (36th street - both express and local trains). The room is not big but well planned and disigned. In fact enough space for falimly of 3. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and (!!!!) great window with fantastic view of Manhattan Skyline (room 703 on 7th floor). Also very quiet with no traffic noise. Friendly staff. Didn't eat breakfast so no comments but use coffee machine in the room every day - it's fine!

You have to wait a bit for the hot water in the shower - not a big issue but just don't rush in until checking as I did once :-)

Positives:
The hotel was nice. Definitely all you need for single person or a couple traveling. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The toilet backed up twice it was a serious inconvenience for me. It seems it didn’t have enough pressure to properly flush. Parking could be better to they only have a limited amount of spots in the back? But that’s NYC so I understand.

No parking and charges customers an additional $45 to park on the premises on top of the $280 for a VERY small room. Should not have to pay to park at your hotel and if so certainly not $45 in sunset park. EXTREMELY disturbed and disappointed by this.
