At least for my room and the hallways, they were dirty. Old bar of soap left in the shower, TV didn’t work, internet didn’t work, 2 of our 4 pillow cases were absolutely not new. You could smell cologne and also see makeup on them.

Main entrance and breakfast area were fine. The bathroom in my room was fine.

The room carpeting was covered in stains, smelled unpleasant, TV was very outdated and had a blacked out area on screen.

Breakfast was very simple but adequate, hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, but the rooms are in need up updates (chipped furniture, stained carpets). The staff explained the hotel hasn't recovered from the Covid shutdown - I hope they do; they deserve to.
Negatives:
It was a bit beat up and the carpet was stained. Otherwise, nothing really bad about it. I cannot say enough about how good the staff was.

The room had a terrible smoky/stale smell to it. Our room card keys stopped working after almost every use, it was very annoying especially after getting locked out the side door and having to walk all the way around to get in. It happened with multiple cards. We've stayed here before and never had issues.
