Location to the Walden Galleria is excellent, very comfortable beds and the pool and weight room are conveniently located and accessible.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a bit disappointing; unless you were down early, you didnt get any sausages. The people running the breakfast were not as organized, nor as well stocked, as the Hampton Inn closer to the airport, so it was a let down after the impeccable service at that location.

The Location and lobby or amazing. It is very nice to have parking right on site . The outside of the building was lovely. But unfortunately the rooms were disappointing. I stayed there a couple years ago and was expecting a lot nicer room. Personally I dont think any hotel should have carpeting in it it never looks nice never smells nice and its never cleaned properly. With all the gorgeous luxury vinyl out there today I would think that would be more of a cosmetically pleasing choice and easy to clean. Decor in the room was disappointing being it was supposed to be a newly renovated too from the description.

There was a delay at sign in. Would have liked to have been acknowledged while they were helping someone find a place for a manicure. Two people at desk, just say Ill be right with you. Air conditioner too noisy.

Our room was spacious enough being the one bed. We were able to get online with a quick call to the front desk for help also. Nona was awesome with helping to see if they were able to accommodate an early arrival and was super sweet when we arrived, was very helpful through and through!
Negatives:
The noise from the hallway comes into the room so easily...which we knew from our last stay. I don't know if its the doors or maybe needing something better to insulate the sound to the hall from underneath the room entrances? We came prepared with a fan and music to help. The newer noise we had though was the backup beepers from the trucks in the business behind the hotel, that happened a lot while we were there.
