Positives: The staff was fantastic! So friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast crew to maintenance & housekeeping. This was the definite highlight of my stay. They all deserve raises! It was great to have breakfast included, because the location isn’t in a walkable neighbourhood, and the nearby restaurants are dinner-oriented. Loved the availability of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and infused water at all times. The evening cookie was also a favourite! And I was visiting just before the April 2024 eclipse and thought it was so lovely the lobby was decorated and there were activities and treats supplied for kids. That was a wonderful, warm touch. The neighbourhood is pretty suburban, across from the mall and big-box stores, but is great if the mall is your destination, or you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle service is a definite plus, too! I didn’t use the pool or gym or laundry, but they looked well-maintained and are nice features to have available. As well, having a decent fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus dishes and a toaster in the room are excellent features for longer family stays. Generally appreciated the many little extra touches and friendly faces that helped one feel at home.
Negatives: The breakfast options are very high-carb, low-nutrition. If you’re vegan, the choice is apples, oranges or bananas, or cereal/oatmeal and toast. Would be nice to see some vegetables, beans, tofu, or even vegan egg or meat substitutes. And oat or soy milk would be appreciated for the cereal. Generally everything was clean and neat, but the upholstery on the breakfast seating benches is stained and needs replacing. As well, there were some awful stains on the mattress of the sofa bed in the room. Also felt the air quality was poor. The room, which said it was non-smoking, had an acrid quality that seemed as if it may have formerly housed smokers. My stay was 9 days and I was sneezing and congested the whole time. Wished I could have opened a window.

Positives: The staff always surprises me! They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The taste just gets better every time we go. They have free coffee and water all day at the lobby. This is one of the best gester that many hotels miss. The rooms have everything you need. They have taken care of our every need.
Negatives: There is nothing i dont like about my stay at Home2Suites. It's always comfortable. I only miss fan as sometimes vent air is not enough for the entire room ad you can feel a bit hot at night.

Positives: the hotel was clean, the location was perfect and breakfast was delicious.
Negatives: It took over an hour for us to be able to check in because our room was not ready by 3pm. There was a front desk clerk who I am assuming was training and the woman scolding him for everyone to hear when he messed something up was very unprofessionl!
