Negatives: The breakfast didn’t have enough options. Sausage looked like liver and tasted bland. Potatoes were too spicy. Wishing there was a microwave, an option for boiled eggs, and more hot food options

Negatives: The paint was peeling in the bathtub and the room was in need of a good clean (carpets were really dirty) The "breakfast" was ridiculous. The hotel was very noisy and busy. The handicap accessable room, was not any more accessable than any other room. The pool area needed to be cleaned and there were no pool towels provided.

Negatives: The rooms have no privacy or insulation from noise. We were able to hear everyone in the hall and the TV next door (which they have had turned up to tune our their hall noise). Bathrooms in the room was smaller than most hotels I've been in but it was fine. Was expecting a microwave per original reservation but we managed without it.

Negatives: It's an older hotel that's in the midst of remodeling from the looks of it. It's probably on par with places like Baymont or an older holiday and express. Three Star hotel If you're reading Google reviews, I think someone just really made a whole hockey team with the parents mad. Those reviews are a little over the top The place is a lot better than that. I read all those reviews after I had booked it so was anxious about it but it turned out to be pretty good.

Negatives: The noise at night was awful, kids running up and down screaming in the halls. Kids that were not being watched by parents in the pool jumped on other kids and almost drown them. There is a no smoking policy and the whole floor of the hotel smelled like marijuana. When I told someone they ignored what I said and did nothing. I had to sleep with a towel at the door to make sure my children didn’t get a contact high all night. Our hotel phone was ringing at 2am.

Negatives: The bathroom was a little outdated. Glass shower doors would be nicer than curtains.

Negatives: They wouldn't accept cash which is ridiculous (I understand a valid credit card is necessary to hold a deposit but you should allow cash for from payment as it's legal tender) The noise levels are crazy in the rooms...walls are paper thin & you can hear neighbors talking as well as doors slamming & people in hallway. I had to use couch cushions up against the door to muffle the noise so I could sleep. The noise went on all night long

Negatives: No electric sockets at one side of the bed, had to move a lamp with sockets from the desk to my bedside table. Old bathroom with covers peeling off, door rubbing the floor due to humidity, old bath and a shower curtain. No safe box inside the room. The hot water wasn't working for some hours on our last morning. Saw a staff member pouring ice water in every cup of 20 empty tables dressed for lunch at 10:00 am with 0 guests on sight and none for the 30 minutes we saw. Special mention to the disastrous breakfast. I asume there’s still room for improvement, and eventually you’ll end up with a proper buffet with more variety and quality. Specially with those dry hamburgers and undercook potatoes. However, the most important thing is that the paper/plastic serving method has to be eradicated ASAP. Apart from the unconfortableness and disgust about eating from a cardboard plate with plastic cutlery like we were in some kid's garden celebrating a birthday, the amount of waste that we witnessed every morning that was being generated was just horrifying. Even the cereal came in one-use plastic containers per dose. Hope you can improve swiftly the conditions of the breakfast service with regular porcelain plates and bowls, glass cups and metal cutlery and the appropriate washing procedures to improve guests confort and dramatically reduce waste. For a modern European mind what was being done in front of our eyes was simply a total lack of self awareness and care about anything, just waste and waste and waste and it is just unacceptable. Don't make ignorant American guests think this is OK.

Negatives: The front desk didn’t answer the phone after 9pm and there was no room service.

Negatives: THE BREAKFAST COULVE BEEN MUCH BETTER
