Positives:
The hotel is great and located right next to the main downtown that is Corning. We could walk right to all the stores, restaurants, and glass museum. Was a nice little stay in a cool little town.
Negatives:
The satellite direct tv didn't work well. The channels were out of order and would lose signal or were digitized. That was a disappointment.

They gave us a complimentary bag of goodies (a bottle of water, few pieces of candy, and a bag of trail mix). I wish they gave out water bottles matching guest count. We had two in our party and I had to go to front desk for another bottle of water. It would have been better if they didn’t give us the complimentary bag.

We didn't receive room service. All of our towels were left on the floor, where we placed them after use so that room service would recognize they were dirty. We also removed our bedsheets expecting to receive new ones, but found everything exactly as we had left it.

it was adequate for the little amount of time we were staying. The front desk gave us a goodie bad but it was only enough for one person...meh

The room was very dirty, I had to wipe down any surface that I was going to touch with my own cleaner. The carpet had lots of debris, like it had not even been vacuumed. Google said that the resturant stayed open till 10, but it closed at 9;00. We arrived late because of delayed flight and had looked forward to not having to get out to get anything to eat. bed was like a bed that you'd expect at grandmas house, old and lumpy.
