Negatives: Mo soap in toom

Negatives: Cleanliness, bugs, smell, broken sink and lamps, knife cut in sheets, rude employees, unlivable conditions.

Negatives: I had no towels in my room. I called down to the front desk. To ask for one. They told me to come to the front desk to get one!!! They couldnt of just delivered one to me!!!! Plus they just gave a 1 towel no washcloths!!!

Negatives: The room was outdated and not sanitary. There were people outside that were loud, and you could hear the neighbors snore all night. We got very little sleep.

Negatives: Everything. Front desk was managed by an unprofessional rude child, lacks reasoning to resolve issues, inexperienced and unintelligent. Do not stay here. Deplorable conditions. No vending machines. You need to walk over 3 bldgs outside to get ice. Shady people LIVING there.

Negatives: We had a King size bed, but there were only two pillows. The office managed to find one more, but that was it. The property is dated and needs upgrades. The bathroom door had been kicked in and repaired. The bathroom sink was cracked a repair to a hole in the tub was obvious. This property is being used as a residence for people who dont currently have homes. They were very loud singing and talking well into the night. My husband asked me to look out the window to check the weather on Friday, and I came face-to-face with one of the residents who was apparently trying to look into our room which was very creepy! We both realize that affordable housing is very difficult to find anywhere, and we dont have an issue with people being in residence in a motel, but they probably should not be partying and loud throughout the night on a Thursday. We noticed that several rooms got together, even one from the other side of the building we were in. We paid a reasonable price for the room still over $200.00/night, but there was nothing in the way of amenities such as access to even coffee. They did have free WiFi. By the time we checked out we were so done being stared at by the other residents that it was literally a relief to get out of there. We will look for another motel next time.

Negatives: Sink was broken so it leaked all over the floor. Staff appeared disinterested when we checked out.

Negatives: The bed sucks, the toilet was a high flush type that's Used in truck stops. It was very loud and you hear the people next door.

Negatives: The rooms look nothing like the photos. Dark, dingy and dirty. There were men in the parking lot drinking and dancing with music cranking and they were singing and dancing when we arrived. We told the front desk we will not be staying here because of these reasons and they gave us a very hard time about canceling the reservation. We called our credit card company to dispute the charges since Econo didnt want to refund us. We headed over to the Marriot what a difference, it was day and night!

Negatives: Sewer smell,bathtub and sink wouldn't drain and no room service.Towels every other day.
