The front desk staff ppl on all three shifts are rude and not welcoming at all. They make you feel like you bothering them if you ask or question or make a purchase for snacks.

The convenience of the airport shuttle, the layout of the lobby/restaurant, the beautiful room, super comfortable bed, it was a quiet space, and the ease of checking in & out. Finally, but not least, the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Negatives:
The little lotion bottle in my room was empty. I know if I told someone they would have replaced it for me. My 1- night stay didn't make that effort worth it.
The convenience of the lighting could be better. First, the overhead lights only give you 2 options of all or none. And all the switches are near the sink by the front door. If there was a closer switch like the one that was by the bed, it did not work.
Finally the tv remote should be upgraded. It is clunky and delayed with button responses.

The nicest staff!! the rooms are always super clean and the location is perfect for those in for a quick business trip as it’s so close to the airport you could even walk there…however, they have a shuttle so that’s another plus!
