Room was supposed to be non-smoking but the smell was overpowering. Had to wash everything when we got home to try to get rid of the smell. Room doors showed signs of being broken into by the police or criminals. Someone sleeping under the stairwell with their belongings in boxes. Bathroom door had been broken into, bathroom floor was sticky... The first room they put us in had writing and phone numbers written on the inside of the room door. The whole place felt dodgy like it was habitually used for drug deals. It was like a scene from a police reality show.

We didn't expect much as it was very cheap. But it really just needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The location is good, but that's all.
Negatives:
It took 45 minutes to check in. Staff insisted on trying to charge a different amount than Booking charged. I had to call Booking Support and pay extra.
Non-Smoking smelled of smoke. Carpet was filthy. Heater smelled like it was cooking dead bugs when I turned it on. Shower head was broken and would just hang. Soap/shampoo dispensers were empty. Could not connect to wifi.
Overall, I am happy with Booking, they did help resolve some of this. But, they should stop representing this hotel.

This is the absolute worst motel /hotel I’ve ever been too ! 170$ for a non smoking room for one night covered in cigarette ash , burns in the blankets dirt and bugs everywhere, the fire alarm kept going off and the front desk said there is nothing they can do about it. Our trash can had vomit in it . Absolutely disgusting. If the whole area wasn’t completely booked due to the eclipse we would have went literally anywhere else.
