Our room overlooked the lobby outside of the pool, curtains were broken and would not shut all the way so light came in all night and if anyone walked in the lobby they could see us in our room. There was a constant buzz from something overhead. Bathroom had muddy footprints on the wall. No toilet paper only a box of Kleenex.

The facility was under renovations according to the website but when I arrived there were two cars at the front door. There was trash strewn along the front side of the sidewalks, curtains in most front facing rooms were all pulled back or tied up. This was not the quality I am used to from this chain. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and chose not to stay. I called the property and got no response. I messaged the property and got no response. I tried to reach the property through Booking.com and have had no response. Then.. this morning instead of the fee for the room. They took an extra 100! That is not right!

Staff and breakfast were pleasant. The main lobby of the hotel was beautiful.

Cleanliness of room. I originally booked at another hotel and once I arrived I was told they rerouted all their visitors to this hotel<<that was a little annoying since I have to get back in my car. The room had some things wrong with it, sink leaked, paint was peeling, tub and shower curtain were stained.

How friendly all the staff was. The room was good. I liked that they had coffee all day.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't the greatest. The warm food was cold. They could turn the time up on the waffle maker, every waffle me and my husband had was raw in the middle. The staircase was a mess, on one of the window seals in the staircase there was a warning package or something that showed somebody that had lung cancer and it was very graphic and disgusting so I finally threw it away. Looked like someone urinated in the corner of the steps. Our remote to our TV was broken our whole stay, (8 days) we asked them four times finally, on the last time we got a different remote. They could also think about turning up the max volume on those TVs for people that have hard hearing like me. One of the lamps in our room would not work. They state that there's absolutely no smoking in the building but no matter what time of day it was we could smell someone smoking pot inside.
