Everything else. My daughter fell on their property and fractured both of her wrists. On top of being rude, the staff questioned my parenting skills. Our lawyer will be reaching out to them next.

When we checked in the toilet was clogged in our room. The staff tried to help us and we had to have them come back to continue to fix it. With 2 young kids, it was not ideal to not have a toilet upon arrival.
