I did not even stay in the hotel I booked accidentally for night later and when I called booking & hotel both parties are saying they dont have my payment! I spoke to Andrew many times he is very unprofessional lier

We loved the location, the door man was so friendly everyday, Ethan did a great job on the first day bringing our bags up and answering questions. House keeping did a good cleaning job

Toilet clogged several times sink drain clogged several times, there was a constant tap or knock in the walls every night and morning , like some one was putting a nail in the walls .Do uoi uave a ghost 538 was a room not enough blankets Only one extra blanket for two beds The bar staff were not respectful and a bit pompous Food to eat there was expensive

The hotel felt outdated, with a noisy heating system, old TVs, and worn furniture. The shower was also a problem, with low pressure and water that was either too hot or too cold. Despite the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff, these issues made my stay less enjoyable, and it didn't seem worth the price.
