Positives:
The property is very clean the rooms are nice and roomy beds was comfortable
Negatives:
I was very unsatisfied when there was no power and that no one from the hotel came to even check on the people to see if anyone was okay I sent my son and grandchildren there so they could go swimming and enjoy being with there dad and it was a whole nightmare and I think I deserve to be compensated for that trip

Bathroom door didnt close, was broken and had to force shut, tv didnt work, and sheets were stained and dirty has to sleep on top of bed; toilet clogged they had no plunger and no means to help offered to switch room with kids at 12 am!

Decent breakfast options. Room was clean and large enough. Good basic room. They were able to give me and my family adjacent rooms.
Negatives:
When we mention handicap, they said there was an elevator to second floor, but then it had 4 stairs to the area from elevator to the room.

1st room was dirty. Couch cushions weren't even for that couch, lollipop stick between mattresses. 2nd room not so bad but smaller. Called to make sure pool was working that was confirmed, got there they said pool was open got ready for pool get over to it and it was closed for service. Pool half empty couldn't use it
